2010 Disabled Veterans pheasant hunt

We are going to be having our 2nd bi-annual disabled veterans hunt to be held March 31 2010 at Sand Pines preserve located near St. Joseph, MN (Near St. Cloud). There will be 20 hunters selected for this hunt. We did have our first pheasant hunt last October and it was literally a “ BLAST”!!
Total costs projected:
- 200 birds-each hunter average out to 10 birds
- 10 stations manned by the preserve (it is a European style hunt)
- A KING’S feast following the event (chicken and ribs with all the trimmings)
- Ammunition supplied (may bring your own 20 ga.-12 ga. 410 ga. 4-6 shot)
- All extra volunteers dinner cost will be 15 dollars.
- Beverages provided and meat trays etc. during and after the hunt.
- Possible door prizes for the veterans pending the funding raised.
- Total costs projected: 5500.00 dollars

Averages out to approximately 250 dollars per hunter.
